Houston Methodist is home to one of the nation's top cancer programs. Our research and clinical teams are guided by an overarching imperative—putting the patient first. Our Cancer Center is where the science of medicine meets the art of patient care, where new cures, surgeries and medical technologies are implemented and compassionately applied.
Through philanthropic support, we aim to multiply our areas of greatest strength—cancer treatment, education and research. We can transform how new treatments are researched and developed, and how exceptional cancer care is delivered.
To achieve this, we are seeking support in:
- Innovative Therapies
- The Center for Drug Repositioning and Development (CREDO)
- Nanotherapeutics, RNA Therapeutics and Small Molecule Research
- Cancer Chemistry Lab
- Clinical Trials
- Breast Cancer Center
- Patient Experience
- High Risk Clinic
- Patient Navigation and Support
Leverage Your Gift | Cancer Matching Fund
With support from the C. James and Carole Walter Looke family, we have established a cancer matching fund. The fund will be used to match priority naming opportunities in the Houston Methodist Cancer Center dollar for dollar, up to $500,000.
